Where do I find the technical literature I need such as specification sheets, installation manuals, service manuals etc.?

Elkay provides all technical specifications and literature online. There are multiple ways to navigate to them on the new Elkay Website. One of the most efficient ways is to use the search function, which is located in the top right quadrant of the Elkay home page. To find product specific information or technical documents you can simply type in the product number or family name see item [A]
Your search will bring you to a new screen that will include several types of results. For example you will see an image of the sink you searched for along with summary product information. You can click on a spec sheet directly from this page using the link labeled Specification Sheet under the line drawing on the right see item [B].
If you need more detailed information you can simply click on the button called product details [C]. This will bring you to a screen where you will find more product specific details such as list price, dimensions, and weight etc. [you may need to fill in one or two more fields such as number of faucet holes or bowl depth before getting to the next screen]. Clicking on the technical documents tab [D] on the top right hand side will offer you links to specification sheets, installation instructions, sink cut-out template files and other relevant documents.
