If you receive an item that is defective, missing parts, or not as ordered, the
part will be exchanged or replaced at no additional cost. Most returns &
exchanges do carry a restocking fee, and not all items are returnable. All
returns/exchanges must exceed $20 in credit. All returns/exchanges must be made
within 6 months of receipt. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will
be responsible for return shipping charges. All returns/exchanges must meet our
returns criteria & inspection. Any order shipped with free shipping will be
billed for shipping if the item is returned or exchanged.
Defective Product Policy: Revere utilizes stringent quality
assurance processes to help avoid defects. Defects will be handled on a
case-by-case basis and procedures vary. All returned items are inspected, and
if the item is found non-defective the item will be returned to you, and NO
credit will be given. If you have received a product that you feel is possibly
defective please contact us.
Restocking Fee: As standard in the industry, returns carry a
minimum 25% restocking fee. Exchanges have a minimum 15% exchange fee, assuming
you are purchasing product(s) of equal or greater value. However, the credit
amount must be a minimum of $20.00.
